Training 2: Ski Dubai + Cold Dip

We will undergo training in the cold environment of Ski Dubai, aiming to simulate the extreme conditions of a predawn summit ascent on Mount Kilimanjaro, with temperatures plummeting to zero degrees Celsius.

Following the training session, we will be immersing in a cold water dip. 

This training day is specifically designed to help you acclimate to the bitter cold and gain a firsthand experience of lower temperatures.

Required Gear List:

- Zero degrees temperature clothes (winter gear)

- 30 Liters backpack with 6 kilograms (you can use water as weight 🡪 1 Liter = 1 Kg)
